Maison Gravity, a sole proprietorship doing business as Graphic Service ("Graphic Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operates graphicservice.co and provides design subscription services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Name, email address, company name, and billing address when you subscribe or contact us
Content you submit as part of design requests, including briefs, files, brand assets, and copy

Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or bank details. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive only limited data such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and transaction status.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
If our business is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this occurs.
6. Client Content and Confidentiality
Files, briefs, and brand materials you submit as part of design requests are used solely to deliver the service. We do not sell, license, or share this content with third parties except with the service providers listed above.
We may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing materials as described in our Terms & Conditions. You may opt out of this by contacting us at info@graphicservice.co.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and project information for as long as your subscription is active and seven (7) years afterward, to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations and to maintain a record of work delivered.
Design files and project archives are retained for twelve (12) months following completion. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of delivered work.
You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may be located in other countries, including the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
