Answers to questions we hear often
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 3 business days, once all required assets have been submitted. More complex projects may take longer depending on scope, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Can you work with an existing brand?
Yes. Send your brand system and we design within it — no rebuild required.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause between projects or cancel outright. Each cycle covers 31 days of service. Pausing doesn't forfeit unused time, it holds it. So if you pause after 25 days, you're left with 6 banked days to use whenever your workload picks back up.
What design tools do you use?
Most requests are designed in Figma.
Are there any requests you don't support?
Yes. Graphic Service doesn't cover 3D modeling, motion or video design and editing, product packaging, document design (medical forms, legal documents, etc.), or editorial layouts longer than 20 pages (magazines, lookbooks, etc.). We also don't accept requests built in Canva, since it limits the quality of the final files. For print requests, we require an editable, print ready template supplied directly by your printer before work begins.
What if I don't like the design?
All good! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a refund within your first 7 days, as long as no design has been delivered yet. After a first design goes out, or once you're past the first week, refunds aren't available. Eligible refunds return 75% of that period's payment, no questions asked.
Do you offer calls or meetings?
No, everything runs async by design. If you have questions before subscribing, email us and we'll get back to you.
Do you handle print production?
Yes — single-asset large format is included in both tiers: billboards, storefront graphics, out-of-home. We design; you handle production and installation. Not included: multipage collateral like lookbooks and catalogs, packaging design or prototyping, or anything requiring physical proofing or press-check travel.
What's included in the Framer site build?
Included: template setup, brand styling, up to five sections, responsive adjustments, domain connection, and one round of structural revisions. Not included: custom code, ecommerce or checkout builds, CMS migrations, copywriting, and third-party integrations. Anything outside that scope we'll quote separately before starting. Once the build is handed over, site edits go through the normal request queue like any other design task — new sections, seasonal updates, campaign swaps. Same flat rate, same turnaround.
